Returns
If you are
unhappy with your
order you are entitled to a full refund less shipping &
handling.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply
email or telephone us for a return authorization number and return the
product within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise.
Please
note that all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging
and without any damage. We will not accept any item that
has been used or damaged.
Although
we check all our
merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's
responsibility to check the product as well to make sure it is free of
any defect. All defects must be reported to us via email
or by telephone within three days from the date you receive the
shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or
defect after the three-day period is over.
Privacy
We absolutely
value our customers and their privacy.
Your personal information is only used for shipping and/or notification
purposes. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server does not
recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We do,
however, collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access
or visit, as well as information volunteered by the consumer, such as
survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is
used to
improve the content of our Web page, and is not shared with other
organizations for commercial purposes.

cookies: We do not set any cookies.
If you do not
want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let

privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the
future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site as notification

from the time of the policy change forward for these new purposes only.
Customers may
prevent their
information from being used for purposes other than those for which it

that Trace does not
sell, rent, or exchange information to-or-with any third party. Nor do
