RE: Re-enchantment

Good Gossip

No surprise: contemporary art
In a recent issue of Architectural Digest, 20 or so famous designers were asked about the best way, dollar for dollar, to enhance a home. More said contemporary art than anything else, even state-of-the-art electronics.

But there’s more.
An attraction factor. People love art, are intrigued by it, impressed by it. Millions of Americans visit art museums each year. The writer, Walter Benjamin, called it an “aura,” that spell that an artwork casts over people, over a room. See for yourself! It’s the art that people go to first, want to touch and talk about. (Cats after that.)

The Smithsonian, Yale, the Milwaukee Art Museum.
Just a few of the museums where our Minimalist sculpture has been shown and acclaimed. “But my house,” you say, “is not a museum.” So we offer smaller works as well, wall sculptures such as our “paper stones” series and soon-to-be-inaugurated “house” series, which will add rich sculptural drama to a room and take up no floor space at all.

Take it for a test drive.
Live with one of our sculptures in your home or office for a month or two. Decide then if you want it or not. If not, return it at our expense.
